$Conf{SplitPath} doesn't point to a valid executable. That's
used for archive.

I've had 3.0.0 betas running fine and updated to 3.0.0 final a couple
of weeks ago. Since things were running fine, there was no need to
change the configuration.
However, tonight I decided to decrease the max number of backups saved
and got the following messages:
Error: No save due to error
