Found that after upgrade to version 3.3.0, rrd graphs is missing in web
interface.

How did you install BackupPC in the first place? The standard way is:
apt-get install backuppc
If you did that, you probably have the rrdtool graph. Try this, and wait 24
hours for BackupPC_nightly to run
