Kern/other devs,
When I try and restore Exchange, I seem to be missing one of my files. I
suspect that it is due to a bug in my Exchange 'accurate'
implementation, but I'm not sure where to start looking. I'll attempt to
explain what I'm seeing and maybe someone can suggest something useful.

The attached patch fixes at least one case of bacula crashing on a
failed restore, and also adds a more informative log message.
