They had installed the wrong developers package for the openssl package. Wasn't hard to fix once I got on the rig

Hello Marc, Unless you are trying to build without Crypto, which I have not tried, as far as I can tell, this has been tested, and it is not a bug.  Both HAVE_s are defined in my config.h file. I suspect that you simply need to load some openssl development package. Best regards, Kern On 5/3/19
