Hi,
I thought I'd just put in a note that we have just done a successful
upgrade to bacula 3.0 for a bacula system running 7 storage daemons
with a total of ~70 TB data (all disk based, no tapes). Everything is
running smoothly so far.
The catalog in use is a mysql db totaling approximatly 110

Oops; forgot to reply all...
I set up, for my web server, after a pretty disastrous outage a couple
months ago, a bacula system where, from home, I have a mac laptop open up a
vpn tunnel to the server, and then use that tunnel to back up the entire
server. Not as big a job as it sounds, as it's

Looks like the cancel request is put in, but results in an error.
Note that the message about there being no SL500-changer with type
LTO-3 in the SD resources seems bogus -- that's the storage device and
type with which all the non-canceled jobs successfully run.

Is that the way to do it or is there a better

All,
I'm running Bacula 2.4.4 (not gone to 3.0 just yet) on Solaris 10_x86.
I am having an issue where a couple of new jobs that I've created are
hanging indefinitely (why doesn't they watchdog catch these?).
I eventually have to cancel the jobs or all the other jobs get stuck
waiting
