client (Windows Client) and using one pool and one volume for each other. The
idea is having just one weekly file per backup and per client, trying to save
disk space.

In order to work, i had to configure an address translation.
I also indicated the external ip address in the bacula-fd.conf. (this
address is then translated to the real bacula server address)
The authentication seems to work but
Bacula need to use IP and Name to autenticate the server..
The command 'estimate' work well?
Can you modify that cron script to add the new address?

Seems I was too impatient, as it must not have been fully finished
(even though bscan command had returned to a command prompt). After
leaving it a few more hours i checked the jobid again, and this time
it was able to list the dir structure of the backup.

(i.e. it will use all of the tapes in the autochanger and require a few more),
is there any way during the job for the operator to tell Bacula to pause once
it finishes filling the current tape?
