Probably you should manually *purge *all volumes you lost and try restore.
If you have several volumes I suggest to create a script bash script to
generate commands to bconsole.

Okay, found a way back into the NAS. Multiple reboots and changing the
password multiple times seems to have fixed the issue for the time
being. So here the bacula-sd from the NAS:
