Hello,
what do you mean it is a pratical joke or a time bomb?
In the links I've pasted there's also the Fedora user registry for
uids/gids, it is at:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageUserRegistry
Remember this is a Fedora package and not a package for everyone, so
it follows those

That would be postgresql-libs but...

No, just Spool Attributes = yes. g.
A direct backup from FD into a SD tape device is performed with a little
buffering and require more computation, disk seeks and context switching.
It is a single, complicated chain with two threads one for FD

Hi,
this weekend I had several successful jobs but for some of them there is
no entry in the database. There are no errors in the bacula-log. There are
some errors in the pgsql log before and after a job finished but I don't
know if they are related:

Hi all,
I do backups with data encryption. Backups as well as restores on the
clients work without problems.
Now I want to be able to do restores with the server (or another one)
only. The doc says that adding the following line would be enough.
PKI Keypair = /etc/bacula/keys/master.keypair

Thanks for the advice, _most_ responsive list I belong to! cheers! gary

My Bacula server sits between a internet facing domain and a secured data
domain. The server that is hosting Bacula has 2 NICs, one for each domain. How
do I assign both IPs to the Director, FD and SD?
I tried to follow the instructions here:
I guess I did not read the instructions well enough.
DirAddresses = {
ip = { addr = 1.2.3.4; port = 1901 }
ip = { addr = 10.2.3.4; port = 1901 }
}
}
The commented out the DIRport = 1901
works like a charm except now my webmin console doesn't like the fact that
there are 2 assigned
Hi all,
This is probably covered in the documentation, but I can't remember it.
I am using bacula 3.0.3, and over the Yaksmas break I will run out of
blank or already recycled tapes, so I am going to have to force some to
be recycled, so I want to know if this will work:
Mark the tapes
Hi,
Bacula 3.0.3.
I've had some machines be removed from use, but I don't want their
backups to go away until we are sure their replacements are complete.
I can disable them individually from the console, but is there something
I can do in the .conf file that will turn them off?
