When my Volumes are recycled, how relabeled them automatically

I have installed the last version of Bacula
MySQL has been installed from XAMPP
The database bacula is ok
When I try to start bacula I get the message :
bacula-dir: dird.c:873 Could not open Catalog MyCatalog, database
