Was just wondering which release this new code will be in, or if I have
missed it in the release notes for 1.38.0/.1/.2 ?

fd.conf on the host (as well as adding the normal config to
the backup dir.conf). I am specifically thinking about my laptop, where
I would like to back it up both at work and at home.

ts because the data is being transferred twice, once from client to the
spool area , then again from the spool area to $TAPE. From a backup
point of view, its taken longer to backup the same amount of data.

I was wondering if someone could clear up how the concurrent jobs are
dealt with by the storage daemon.
I only have one backup device (LTO3), and have a spool area defiend for
that device. if I had (for example) 4 concurrent jobs running, does this

backing up my spool directory... (trailing slash on directory in exclude
list...doh!). How do I stop a currently running job?

I tried that, and it said no jobs running, but it was. I eventually
stopped bacula-sd/fd/dir. Its left a job as "running" in the "list jobs"
output, but its not spooling or writing to tape anymore.

Hi all
After much recursive running around in the docs to get things working, I
am now adding my clients and running them manually (i`ll work on
schedules next week).
Yesterday, they all worked fine. Today, i submit
my bad... had a job waiting for intervention that was holding up the
queued jobs. All running fine again...

start time is set to:

I cannot quite understand the context, so it would
ed with label tapes
(the same appendable one I used yesterday that has plenty of room on it).
Does anyone have any idea where I should look to fix this?
(If its a FAQ and I havent found it, please feel free to flame, laugh
and send me obvious links to the relevant pages in the docs)
