Larry, You would be better off running a filesystem with snapshots and mirrored local disks for that type of data recovery. I would still do Bacula backups, but only daily so that you have something to send offsite. I mean, how do you expect to restore a system if it dies completely? Do you need to have them working again right away with no real downtime execpt and hour's loss of data?
