Hello all,
I sent this to the bacula-devel group earlier, and I didn't get a reply.

Could someone please look at this and let me know if it's just normal operation.

Should it simply give me an error and NOT crash altogether?

Thank you,
Angus Jordan

Subject: reload command - Error Termination
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Hello all,

I made a simple typo in my bacula-dir config file, and it caused the daemon to terminate.
I thought there was syntax parsing before the configuration file is actually reloaded.
Is this so?

Here is the error I received:

30-Nov 14:06 scrub-dir: ERROR TERMINATION at parse_conf.c:834
Config error: Keyword "Catalogg" not permitted in this resource.
Perhaps you left the trailing brace off of the previous resource.
            : line 287, col 11 of file /usr/local/etc/bacula-dir.conf
  Catalogg = ScrubCatalog

And yes...I did fix the stupid mistake, and all is ok...it's just for future reference that I send this email.

Thanks in advance,
Angus Jordan
