I realized what the problem was. The thing is that Bacula totally ignores the
value of the directive 'TLS Enabled'. So if you want to disable tls
communications anywhere, you have to comment all the TLS directives.

I also realized that I could connect to the FD because in my bacula-dir.conf I
didn't have any directives for the TLS. I was wrong when I thought that the TLS
directives in the director resource where enough for enabling all the tls
communications with the  director.

I checked the network packets and all works perfectly!!!!!!
