I've been using bacula for awhile now and it works well. I cant seem to
find any method of doing the following two things:
I'd realy like to get Netbackup style scheduling were you can specify a
full backup every x days rather than the hard coded on x day do this.
Any ideas on how to get this done.
I segrigate my incrementals and fulls onto different tape heads and file
based storage often when a long running full is still working the next
days incremental gets upgraded to full and ends up duplicating a lot of
effort and time while using a lot of much more precious online disk
space. Is there any way to get it to either not upgrade to full or to
put the full on the right device? Even an incemental from the previous
full would be better than insiting on the upgrade.
I didn't find anything conclusinve looking though the list backlog for
either of them.
