Thanks! After re-reading I realized it was bextract that won't work with
encrypted volume. Will definitely try bscan to rebuild the catalog.

I wanted to restore a backup from a tape. Job is listed in the catalog,
volume status is 'Append'. However, when I tried to restore, it says:
For one or more of the JobIds selected, no files were found,
so file selection is not possible.
Most likely your retention policy pruned the files.
Do
