I don't want to use TLS for all my File Daemons (FD). Only those FD for which traffic must cross untrusted networks. The FD out on the internet have "TLS Require = yes". All other daemons (Dir, SD, and local FD) have "TLS Enable = yes".
I can't talk to the FD out on the internet. I get this: *status client=havoc-fd Using default Catalog name=MyCatalog DB=bacula Connecting to Client havoc-fd at havoc.unixathome.org:9102 Failed to connect to Client havoc-fd. ==== You have messages. *mes 23-Jan 08:23 bacula-dir: *Console*.2006-01-23_08.23.46 Fatal error: Authorization problem: Remote server requires TLS. * Is TLS an all or nothing situation? Can TLS be required for some FD and not for others? -- Dan Langille : http://www.langille.org/ BSDCan - The Technical BSD Conference - http://www.bsdcan.org/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
