I have just installed the client on another computer (same version XP SP2,
client 1.38.10) in c:\bacula and it works fine.
So, I'll try it on my own computer.

First, Windows wasn't able to start the service because the configuration
contained unix-like paths. Then I changed the paths like "C:\...".
