Untuk pengurusan passport document yang diperlukan :
1. KTP asli + foto copy
2. KK asli + foto copy
3. Akte kelahiran asli + foto copy
4. Surat nikah (kalau sudah menikah) asli + foto copy
5. Ijasah terakhir asli + foto copy
6. Surat sponsor dari perusahaan tempat anda bekerja yang menjelaskan status anda sebagai karyawan di perusahaan tersebut.
Tambahan kalau mau bikin untuk passport anak sekalian:
Akte kelahiran anak asli + foto copy
Kalau untuk perpanjangan passport sertakan juga Passport lamanya.
Untuk pengurusan passport ini ibu/bapak bisa minta bantuan travel agent atau datang sendiri ke kantor imigrasi di area yang sesuai dengan alamat KTP.
