Manage available resources includes human resources: teachers, instructors, and administration staff to become an effective education foundation. 4. Ensure compliance to the government regulations for matters related to education system. 5. Establish the Technical Academy (ATS) as self-sustained institution. 6. Work cooperatively with related departments at PT Inco to manage the production line at ATS and align with customer Quality-Cost-Delivery. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience a.. S-1 graduate from reputable university b.. At least 10 years' experience in Training and Development institution. Experience in National plus educational institution will be advantage QUALIFICATIONS a.. Broad knowledge on training, development and educational matters b.. Strong leadership skill, courage, and strong Change Management c.. Strong innovative and analytical thinking d.. Good interpersonal, facilitation, and consultative skills e.. Fluent in Indonesian and English f.. Well-developed communication, presentation and influencing skills 2. SENIOR SUPERVISOR COMPENSATION & BENEFIT PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Coordinate & supervising C&B activities in order to ensure with CLA & SPI. ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES / CHALLENGES · To make department and employee understand reporting & informing bout C&B SPI. · To keep and maintain C&B policy implementation are conducted in consistently and fairness (internal equity) · To make C&B section to become an information center of PTI employee. · To make and be clear on cross boundary relationship with other Dept. · To update information about all C&B parameter in other Company in order to use as reference for maintain PTI competitiveness. · To find new methods or program about C&B to become more competitive. · To influence "Corporate Decision" in order to consider input from PTI. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience · S-1 graduate from any relevant discipline · At least 3 years works in HR Function with 2 years in managerial capacity (similar position). QUALIFICATIONS · Good knowledge of compensation & benefit. · Excellent negotiation skill. · Good communication and facilitating skill. · Able to act as a good counselor. · Familiar with company's standards. · Able to handle termination problems. · Computer skill: Word, Excel and Power Point.
