wah kalo aku lebih baik manual ajah deh gak usah pake alat, keluarnya lebih
banyak (cara peras)
pernah coba pake breast pump sakit dan pegel mompa, udah gitu kalo pake
breast pump ngerusak saraf payudara karena hisapan breast pump kuat, dan
jika manual utk payudara momnya jadi lebih bagus setelah menyusui (tidak
lonjong)

Gimana caranya mbak ??? atau mungkin mbak nevia punya artikelnya ? Bagi2

Tuk persiapan kalo anak ke2 ku da lahir nanti.
Kalo tuk Alvero dulu aku pake Breast Pump pegoen manual yg ga pake selang.
Tapi kok keluarnya kurang mantap ya padahal asiku banyak. Sampe pegel
mompanya :)

Sekedar sharing nih....kalo aku sekarang memeras asinya pake tangan....
Sblmnya aku juga pake pompa manual, tapi pernah baca ada cara yg lebih
praktis utk memeras asi...nggak perlu disterilkan, nenteng2, dll..yaitu
pake tangan (tapi tangan harus bersih)
Awalnya emang susah...tapi kalo' biasa jadi gampang....hasilnya juga sama
ama kalo pake pompa......
