1. Operation Manager
Our client, who are a Dutch multinational
company, is Indonesia's first bulk chemical terminal services company.
This company has been established in 1976 and now taking office in a
high rise building within the central business district of Jakarta.
They have requested our services in providing a highly talented,
dedicated and passionate professionals to be part of their dynamic
organization.
Job Description:
Undertake terminal planning and scheduling.
Establishing activities directed at work flow continuity &
balance (e.g. shift schedules, requisition of materials, equipment
availability)
Undertake operations personnel administration and manpower deployment &
development.
Manage operations budget.
Manage day to day operations of terminal to ensure quality services and outputs
whilst compliant with HSE standards
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering
Experience in petrochemical or oil and gas industry desirable.
Good knowledge of operations, site and terminal capability.
Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress
critical.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills critical

2. Estate Manager
Our client is a nationwide palm oil
plantation and producer, engaged with many project related to the
development of palm oil plantation throughout the archipelago. They
place a heavy commitment to community development of people in the
surrounding area of the plantation.
The incumbent is expected to provide a leadership role in the
process of land acquisition, land clearing and gardening. He/she will
also be responsible for all nursery/plasma activities within the site
location.
Qualifications
5-10 years land acquisition, land clearing and estate management experiences
within forestry industries.
Deep understanding on the start up of the plantation.
Very strong nursery experiences.
Good leadership and communication skill

3. Commercial Account Manager

Job Description:
Manage assigned-customer portfolios effectively e.g. ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction among term and spot customers;
enhancing relationships by establishing good rapport and trust within
customer organisation through prompt and professional client
management, etc.
Manage the complete internal flow on behalf of customers e.g.
enquiries, quotations, contracts, negotiations, billings, complaints,
CRM, etc.
Administer day-to-day activities e.g., attending to enquiries
on information, preparing materials for presentation, preparing
monthly, quarterly and other reports, etc.
Understand logistic flows and requirements customers business environment.
Accountable for sales achievement of allocated sales targets
Initiate and develop new projects (third party business: new product storage &
industrial business
Job Requirements:
Degree with 3 years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing and/or
managerial experience.
Preferably with working knowledge on Petroleum/Petrochemicals.
Experience in relevant industry with good understanding of technical and
operational processes, initiatives and market trends.
Besides organisational competencies, also strong project management,
interpersonal and communication skills
