Sorry Hari Senin OOT.. habis udah binun banget neh... Masalahnya begini. Saya pemegang kartu kredit citibank (sorry vulgar habis gondok sih..). Bulan lalu saya tidak dapat tagihan, saya diamkan saja. Jadi bayar utangnya direka reka saja. Bulan ini saya juga ga dapat tagihan. Nah.. saya kan jadi ga enak hati. Mana kartu saya sudah expired sejak July 05 lage. Saya hubungi pesawat customer servicenya di 021-252xxxx.. message error "pesawat yang anda tuju belum terpasang". Begitu terus. AKhirnya saya coba ke nomor lain, masuk tapi tetap saja saya disuruh menghubungi pesawat pertama. Akhirnya saya fax, lagi lagi tidak ada tanggapan. Saya coba via email (dapat add dari member BA), lagi lagi dan lagi saya kecewa karena tidak ada jawaban. Aduh...pusing banget neh.. saya khawatir kartunya udah dikirim mereka tapi tidak sampai kesaya atau bagaimana..?? Sewaktu perpanjangan kartu yang pertama, tidak ada masalah apa apa sih.. kenapa sekarang jadi begini yach..???? Apa diantara ibu ibu ada yang pernah mengalami hal serupa..??? Kemana lagi aku harus melapor..?? Udah habis jalan neh.. Semoga tidak sampai ke KOMNAS HAM apalagi YLKI...heheh... Kalau ada diantara member BA yang kerja di CB, pls dech..help me
