Ini memang betul harus sangat hati-hati terutama kemasan jelly anak-anak di
supermarket dan hadiah-hadian ULTAH aneka rupa dari segi bentuk dan warna
yang menggiurkan. Namun kita para orang tua dan para baby sitter jangan
terlalu "yakin" bahwa jelly tersebut bisa dikunyah dan ditelan secara betul
oleh anak-anak. Sudah terbukti beberapa rumah sakit di Bandung yang
anak-anak kecil meninggal akibat keselek kacang atau jelly.
Saya mendukung penuh bahwa kita harus hati-hati terhadap jelly dalam
kemasan kecil, sebaiknya kita mengkonsumsikannya kepada anak-anak dengan
cara kita yang mengeluarkan jelly tersebut dan potong-potong lebih kecil
dan lunak dengan sendok dan diberikan kepada anak-anak dengan aman.
