This adds OP-TEE support for the TQMa6ulx board. The OP-TEE binary is loaded from PBL. Later on in barebox proper the OP-TEE provided overlay node is applied to the barebox live tree for barebox to probe OP-TEE and also to reserve the memory used by OP-TEE. The overlay is also registered as a fixup to be applied on the Linux device tree.
