In my oppinion they are misinterpreted alternative double-parts for flute or violin and cello. The information is added by a later hand to the MS, very pale for SC 54 and 59, almost invisible for SC 56, at least in my copy of Dresden (Erbe deutscher Musik). You find that also in Lauffenstei
