Hi, I'm using the same plate platform for three different strains (names). I was having problems when updating reporters as the external ID can be matched to the three names. thus when updating reporters from a specific strain all reporters were updated with that specific strain disregarding the previous even my array design which is based on three different gal files is updated with that info. I have tried renaming the reporter Id - with the prefix A (A\ID\) as specified in the archive for reporter issue - reha yilderimman but having the following error. net.sf.basedb.core.BaseException: Item not found: Reporter[externalId=AE100000014] on line 2: 1 1 1 1 E10000001...
