I can't seem to get BBDB to insert the users real name in the To: line
If I type their name in this format eg. To: First Last
and then do a M-x bbdb-complete-name RET
I get the correct email address but without their name
eg. To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of
To: First Last

Since first_last already contains the necessary information, BBDB
omits the realname part. But see the variable
bbdb-dwim-net-address-allow-redundancy.
