I've been tweaking bbdb-pilot.el to do more of what I want, and I've
discovered that I have a set of records that would normally go into my
pilot CSV file, but that I don't want. These records are usually
related to old employers where I don't necessarily want to nuke the
BBDB entries totally, but I definitely don't want to waste Palm RAM on
them, either.

Here's an example record:

User Name - Domain, Inc.
         Mobile: (xxx) xxx-xxxx
         Office: (xxx) xxx-xxxx
            net: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
       category: Business
        privacy: nil

I added "category" and "privacy" to the notes so I could automatically
file records properly, and mark them public or private as necessary.
In this case, User Name ends up in the "Business" category. Now let's
say I stop working with Domain, Inc., and I no longer want to carry
around User Name's data on my Palm, but I do want to keep them in my
BBDB.

My best bet is to add another entry into the notes named "pilot", and
set it to nil if I don't want the record on my Palm. No problem --
it's a simple matter of programming to add the code to bbdb-pilot.el
to implement this check. However, it'd be really nice if I could get
all the records for Domain, Inc., in my BBDB window and run some magic
command on them so they all get the "pilot" notes entry.

Suggestions on how to do this?

Jack.
(I will mail bbdb-pilot.el to the list when it's better, honest!)
