Completion of alternate e-mail problems

Here's a case of a person (details obfuscated) who has multiple e-mail addresses and yet BBDB fails to cycle between those. The message it gives me is the following. I think it is something to do with the name because for other proper names in the format of fname lname, I get the correct behavior.
