The most important change of the patch below is that it honors
bbdb-message-clean-name-function and bbdb-canonicalize-mail-function
more consistently.
Also, I've cleaned up the BBDB build process to make it more similar
to other GNU packages. In particular, the build process is now always
more verbose.

bbdb-extract-address-components.
(bbdb-puthash-mail): Use it.

bbdb-extract-address-components.
