When I execute C-u C-h i and enter:
c:/usr/pkg/emacs-21.2/site-lisp/bbdb-2.34/texinfo/bbdb.info
I get the following error:
byte-code: No such anchor in tag table or node in tag table or file: Top
Is there something wrong with the info file?

I concur. I also use VirtualWin,
(http://w1.457.telia.com/~u45706979/), so what I did was start gnus in
another frame, and place that frame in another virtualwin, and all
seems well. Gnus/BBDB works like a champ. I my *main* NTEmacs frame,
