bbdb-print: how to print short pages

I'd like to use bbdb-print in 2 column mode, but with each column only 16cm tall -- so they will fit in my notebook. Is there a way to tell tex or bbdb-print how to do this? thanks --tony

When using vm 5.72 under Lucid 19.10 or emacs 19.25, vm sometimes selects the "wrong" message in a folder. For example, if I get new mail as messages numbered 59 and 60, then after the vm-get-new-mail, I may be on msg 6 or so. Apparently random. Anyone seen this or have likely explanation?

Reuven I tried the patch, and it doesn't seem to change anything -- replying Reuven to a message in VM (using `r') and typing M-TAB at the CC header still Reuven produces the error message, "No tags table loaded. Try M-x Reuven visit-tags-table." I was assuming you installed your key overrides

how to create notes entry if one doesn't exist?
