With recent versions of SyncBBDB, you can set a pilot-ignore field in
the BBDB for records you don't want exported. In fact, if you've
already pushed some, adding the pilot-ignore will cause them to be
deleted from the pilot.

Nice. I submitted a patch to Noah just recently which was about the
same, except that I conditionalized on (fboundp 'bbdb-address-streets)
rather than on the file format and some minor details.
We'll see if Noah changes it.
