I wrote the following. Maybe it's useful to someone else. I see that
when I wrote it I made a note to myself to post it here. I don't
recall whether I ever did, though. It works fine for me though
occasionally display of edited records gets out of whack, with, for
example, a changed phone numbe
Idea: add a command to duplicate a record, bbdb-clone-record, or
whatever, handy say if we want to add someone to the database whose
details are almost the same as somebody else already in the
database. So we just clone the record and then make minor changes to
the new copy.
