I've added the ability to enter the contact notes (what happened
during a contact today) and contact prompt notes (when and what
the next contact is about) as records-mode entries. That's in
addition to being able to enter them as bbdb notes with
bbdb-contact.el (ftp://ftp.kippona.net/pub/gnu/emacs/elisp/).

The records entry carries over the name of the current bbdb
record as the subject of the new record, the appropriate
date, and a tag in the new record body indicating that the record
was initiated by bbdb. Then the user enters the information
about the contact.

Using records-mode permits more elaborate contact notes than the
notes field of bbdb.
