Okay, I have mail-abbrevs.el and am loading it when I setup mail-mode, but it doesn't do any of several things I think it should do. It should, presumably, allow aliases from my .mailrc to work with M-TAB in mail-mode. It should also allow search on the mail-alias field in BBDB records. Neither of these things is happening. According to the bbdb info pages, I just need to have bbdb-define-all-mail-aliases in the mail-setup-hook. (I placed it in mail-mode-hook, is there a difference?) I also set up some autoloads for the mail-abbrevs file when mail-aliases-setup, build-mail-aliases and define-mail-alias are called. What's missing?
