I have found what I wanted to do. First I run Search ^(\d ) Replace 0\1 To replace the single digit characters then the following to make the date format Search ^(\d+) (?i:sun|mon|tue|wed|thu|fri|sat)$ Replace \1/03/2009#\1/03/2009 Later on I change all # to commas. Thanks for putting me on
