Hi-I'm trying to find and replace paragraph characters. I can see them
but I can't seem to create the paragraph symbol in the Find and
Replace function in BBEdit. What are the keys from the keyboard to use
to get that symbol? I tried "^p" but it had no effect.

Adding extensions came in 3117. Given OS X is all but forcing them on us
(sigh), personally I like BBEdit's change. You can adjust according to taste

I'm guessing you mean *automatic* fold points. I use "Balance &
Fold" (cmd-shift-b for me) all the time and it works just fine.
So there is no fold ava
So anyone else have a CoffeeScript plugin? I think we need a real language
module, and not the plist thing. Limping with the plist for now, but would
like something better.

When I create a new document and then try to save it, the suggested
file name is something like "untitled text 1.txt" with everything but
the ".txt" selected. Is there a way to stop BBEdit from adding the
".txt" part of the suggested file name? That is, I'd like the
suggested file name to be some
I made sure the extension is mapped. Folding only works for the "sub"
keyword.
So there is no fold available for the if statement in this simple
example:
#!/usr/bin/perl
system("perl FLEXpatgen2-1.pl
setup_DAC_HEADPHONE_12M_44118_ASP_I2S_VCP1_Idle.txt");
system("perl FLEXpatgen2-1.pl

I am finding the same with Lasso files. I am chasing up a couple of
things, as the current BBEdit isn't recognizing the file options (soft
wrapping) as well. But yes, recognizing the language isn't happening
for me either. Replacing the opening "[" alone has always fixed this,
but doing it every

Until you get an answer, you can Option+Tab to get around it
I assume I've messed around with an option somewhere but I can't find it.
Can someone tell me where I turn off the feature where BBEdit jumps to
next placeholder when I press the tab-key (I have this command mapped
to ctrl-option-command right-arrow).
