I started a multi-file search and so far 10 documents have been found.
But it is going into too many files, and I want to get on with my
work. But I cannot stop the search and I don't want to "ForceQuit".
Anything else I can do??

I recently started getting this error when I try to connect to a
remote server, one which I have had no trouble connecting to before. I
am perfectly able to connect to other hosts, so I know the underlying
functionality is OK. I suspected a permission error, or a corrupted
hosts file. But replacin
e end of a long list to get to those items.
