Balance Tags used to include the brackets "[], {}, ()", now in 10.1 it
only selects the content in the tags? How do I get the original
functionality back so that it selects the brackets as well? At least
give us the option to get turn it off/on.

button no longer works. I can manually double-click to select a word, but
