I would love some way to get to my most recently opened project files
-- e.g. a menu that remembered the last 10 or so of them.
The "Open Recent" menu does not presently work for this because it
gets cluttered with normal source file, which obscure and crowd out
the project files.

Not a direct reply to your request but --- for those who use
LaunchBar, projects are indexed as a group. That me
Patrick Woolsey of BareBones offered the following excellent
suggestion as a workaround until BBedit has direct support: make a
"master" project file that contains your project files. Then keep that
open (without an edit pane, so you can make it small) and use it for
instant access to project file
I am saving all my projects to 1 folder in my home directory. At least
I have quick access to all of them from the Finder.
