Hi, after running a Replace All, BBEdit shows a notification sheet saying "n occurrence(s) of 'xzy' replaced with…". I also get a Growl notification. Is there a way to turn off the BBEdit internal notifications? That would save hitting Return or clicking OK every time, which can be quite cu
