Would like GREP pattern

In 11. Aki Matsuri, Japan America Society of Austin, Austin, TX. (1994, October 22, lecture, with demonstration by Noriko Takayama Sensei). and similar events, I want to switch the year and the month/day. So (1994, October 22 becomes (October 22, 1994, Can someone help? Thanks, Kim -- Y
