I did a search of "git" to see what git support there is in bbedit and 
didn't see anything specific to bbedit 11. 

I would really love to see the git branch displayed in the text status bar. 

I have a top level directory for all of my git repos called "repos" that I 
use as a project in bbedit. Each repo could be checked out to different 
branches. I would like to be able to see what branch is checked out when i 
open a file, and then see that branch designation change when i checkout a 
different branch in that repo (without closing and reopening the file, i.e. 
the file and its text status bar settings should automatically update). I 
think the file contents do automatically update already.
