i think that mi bcm4311 was death in this week =(
i test with several kernels: debian stock, vanilla and wireless-dev
i test with 2 access points too.
i can scan good, i can connect a auth, but in few minutes die and stops ping
the ap.

I have had this problem after moving from AP1 to AP2 (same ESSID,
different channels, same WEP key).
Try this:
1) Kill the network manager :)
2) sudo iwevent &
3)
sudo modprobe -r b43
sudo moprobe b43
If it doesn't bring the interface up automatically:
4) sudo ifup [interface-name-here, like
