When I was at CVKH we had cheese made on contract by a nearby cheesemaker, the quality varied, but the quantity should still be there ! Victor from Shanti Yoga used to ship it around the country, altho I am not sure about his situation at the moment.the types were Chedder, Colby and M. Jac
