I am using following image.
bone-debian-9.3-iot-armhf-2018-03-05-4gb.img
I need to enable UART2 for my project for that I enable BB-UART2-00A0.dtbo
via uEnvt.txt.
After this I ma facing gpio issues.
Before applying the overlay.
ls /sys/class/gpio
export gpio112 gpio117 gpio2 g
It looks like your PC is having some network driver issues, try on another
PC once to cross check the working status of BeagleBone.

In my setup, I didn't modify am33xx.dtsi. I modified the main .dts
file for my board by adding the fragment that I posted. The analogous
file for the beaglebones is am335x-bone-common.
