It was a way to get additional functionality to the expansion connector.
Use one or the other as needed. Not both.

(p.4)? From other posts I understand that the CLKOUT2 is 32kHz by default,
but it can be set in SW to other frequencies, though with some difficulty.
So why is it fed to GPIO3_20? What applications use this clock?
