instructions I found on eLinux for install Ubuntu on the board. I
programmed the SD card and inserted that into the board and it is being

This the name of the file that I "flashed" :
BBB-eMMC-flasher-debian-7.2-2013-11-15.img
I think I want to get this back on th eMMC:
Angstrom-Cloud9-IDE-GNOME-eglibc-ipk-v2012.12-beaglebone-2013.06.20.img
