Ok, I'm a bit behind the times... :-)
What are the major advantages (if any) to moving to 5.8.0? I'm running
5.6.1 right now... Is it worth it? Is it fully backwards compatible?

After installing perl 5.8.0, I ran a perl script, and perl send this
message:

I have written a module "DbSession" which uses CTlib. I did my testing
using perl 5.8.0 and it worked fine. I now realise that I have to get my
